1. What we use

HERA is intentionally light on cookies. We use only what the Service needs to function; we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Strictly necessary: a session cookie for authenticated dashboard use, and a short-lived sample-unlock cookie that remembers you have viewed a free data sample. These are required for the Service to work.
• Security: tokens used for CSRF/abuse protection on forms and the checkout flow.

If we later add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

2. Why we use them

To keep you signed in, remember sample access, protect forms and payments, and operate the Service securely. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy because the Service cannot function without them.

3. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in, sample access, or checkout.
